Who are the journals for?
Our journals are designed to be completed by parents and gifted to their children as timeless keepsakes. They also make thoughtful gifts for loved ones on birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, and other special occasions.
What size are the journals?
All Kynd Journals are A5, making them the perfect size for writing, storing, and treasuring for years to come.
Can I complete the journal over time?
Absolutely. There's no deadline—you can fill in the journal at your own pace, whether that's over weeks, months, or years.
Placing an Order
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to a range of countries. Available shipping options and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been prepared for dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your journal arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a second email with your shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available).
